By the end of June 2023, the northern province of Ninh Binh disbursed over 2,2 trillion VND ( 95,6 million USD), equivalent to 27.2% of the plan.

More than 110.6 trillion VND (4.7 billion USD) of public investment was disbursed in the first four months of this year, equivalent to 14.6% of the yearly target and lower than the 18.48% in the same period last year, according to the Ministry of Finance.

In the first quarter of 2023, the northern province of Ninh Binh disbursed over 889.6 billion VND (38.2 million USD), equivalent to 12% of the yearly plan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe impacts in many fields. Thanks to its good performance in disbursing public capital investment, Ninh Binh has created an important driving force for its economic growth, infrastructure development and a new appearance for the province after 30 years of re-establishment.

Almost 34.75 trillion VND (1.49 billion USD) of public investment capital was disbursed in the first two months of 2020, equivalent to 7.38 percent of the year's plan and nearly doubling the value and progress in the same period last year.
